SUNSET SAIL - THURSDAY 04/24/2025

If you are arriving Thursday, the sunset sail will be from 5:30pm-7:30pm with a departure from the Ritz Carlton beach. Please arrive at the beach 15 minutes prior to the departure to sign waivers at the boat. There is a ramp that will be set up for boarding so no one will need to get their feet wet. Dress code: casual

Welcome Party - Friday 04/25/2025

Join us on Friday night for food, drinks, and a celebration! The Welcome Party, kindly hosted by Mary and Lee Maher, will take place oceanfront at Saint June, located at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. 6-8pm   Welcome party inspiration click <a href="https:" />HERE!</a>   Dress Code: Tropical Chic   Ladies : Resort casual dress/jumpsuit, blouse/linen slacks, white jeans. Wedding Ceremony & Reception - Saturday 04/26/2025

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, &amp; Reception will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The ceremony is at 6pm on Seven-Mile Beach. Please arrive before 6pm. Shoe Valet will be provided. After the ceremony, join us for Cocktail Hour on the Ballroom Terrace, immediately followed by dinner and dancing inside the Cayman Brac Ballroom. Dress Code: Island Formal Ladies&nbsp;: Formal maxi or midi dress/dressy seperates, no jeans.Gentlemen&nbsp;: Suit or long sleeve with jacket and slacks, no jeans.

Itinerary

The Ritz- Carlton is where the Bride and Groom will be staying. It is also the venue for all Wedding events of the weekend! We have secured a block of rooms at a 50% discounted rate. There are plenty of beachfront condominiums &amp; hotels on Seven Mile Beach. Additionally, if you prefer other accommodation options, Airbnb and VRBO have great listings. However, we highly recommend finding properties within a short distance from The Ritz-Carlton for added convenience. Keep in mind that after factoring in transportation costs, staying at or within a short walking distance to the Ritz- Carlton remains the recommended choice. Southwest Airlines has the best direct flights to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands - GCM.Southwest.com Tampa- GCM on Cayman Airways has affordable options and availibilty for Thursday and Friday Flights If you are traveling from outside of Orlando, Cayman Airways offers some direct flights as well.https://www.caymanairways.com/ Other airlines fly to Grand Cayman, but you will have to connect

Flights

Taxis and Rideshare - Taxis, though convenient, can be pricey (around $30 to $40 USD) You can take a taxi from the airport to your hotel or condo without needing to reserve one before-hand. Local Buses - Local buses are an affordable option for getting around. They cover most of the island and are a practical choice for travellers. There are many taxis waiting at the airport in Grand Cayman. https://www.explorecayman.com/getting-around/buses-in-cayman If you are staying in a hotel along Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, then you don’t necessarily need to rent a car. You will be within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There are also public buses that go along the main Seven Mile Beach road. All hotels in Grand Cayman have concierge services that can call taxis for you if needed. However, if you want to explore the island and do lots of activities, then you should definitely rent your own car. Renting a car in Grand Cayman is easy. There are multiple car rental offices located at the airport. You can walk to them from the airport within 1-minute. Not only can exploring the beautiful and varicolored reef formations be tremendously exciting, it can also be one of the most tranquil, meditative activities you'll ever experience! Grand Cayman is home to several exquisite reef diving sites that offer a variety of challenges and marine life. The island has a large variety of dive charters. Scuba Diving

Cayman Turtle Farm is a 23 acres tourist attraction with their main focus on turtle conservation. It has a nature trail, a free-flight bird aviary, and a 1.3-million-gallon saltwater lagoon where visitors can snorkel with fish and other local sea life, a Predator Reef which features sharks, eels and other predatory fish, and a world-class research and educational facility.
